Corporate / Annual Return
Search Description
Every corporation must file an annual return with Corporate Registry every year on the anniversary date of incorporation. This filing is separate from tax
return and finances that are filed with Canada Revenue Agency. The Annual return filing keeps the company in good standing with Corporate Registry by
letting them know that the company is still active. Any changes to addresses, directors and shareholders can be done at this time of filing. The Annual
Return has to be filed every year even if there are no changes to address, directors or shareholders.
Failure to file the annual return may result in additional fees or your company being struck from the corporate register.
